Hardy offers a broad line of process weighing instrumentation and load cells for use in a variety of applications including mixing/blending, filling/dispensing, check weighing, rate control, level by weight and force measurement. Weight data is easily transferred directly to PLCs and SLCs via plug-in weigh scale modules or over interfaces such as remote I/O, PROFIBUS, DEVICENET and MODBUS and to PCs.

Our exclusive WAVERSAVER technology uses a state of the art technique to quickly ignore unwanted vibration signals. Accurate weighing with WAVERSAVER improves batch quality and eliminates wasted product. Unlike digital averaging and analogue filtering,which slows response times at low frequencies, WAVERSAVER still responds quickly.

Hardy’s C2 Second Generation calibration allows electronic scale calibration letting the user know whether the scale is functioning correctly. C2 reduces downtime for installation and repairs. Our Integrated Technician built in feature lowers weighing system maintenance costs by enabling quick troubleshooting and diagnosis.
